The Project Kick-Off meeting held on Monday the 27th of March, 2023.

t’s usually organised at the beginning of the project a Kick-off meeting mainly to explain what is scientifically expected, the different managerial aspect and to answer some practical questions with the consortium and the EC project officer.

The Kick-Off meeting not only allowed to introduce the scope and structure of the project, its overall management concepts, and the detailed work plans of the individual work packages, but it also paved the way for a common understanding of the interconnections between the work packages by all participating in the project.

It served successfully all the purposes the meeting was designed for and prepared a very smooth start of the project.
